Job description

We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and grow an assigned client portfolio by providing exceptional service, educating customers,ย identifyingย growth opportunities, and ensuringย timelyย renewals. This role focuses on deepening existing customer relationships while also supporting team members as needed.ย ย 

Key Accountabilities:ย 

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to communicateย CentralReach'sย value, vision, and strategy, driving business growth.ย 
  • Lead regular business reviews to stay aligned with customers as they scale.ย 
  • Partner strategically with clients to understand their goals and align them with our products and services.ย 
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.ย 
  • Support account renewals, emphasizingย growthย and multi-year commitments whenย necessary.ย 
  • Maintainย accurateย CRM records of customer interactions, successes, andย challenges.ย 
  • Provide proactive communication and feedback to both customers and internal teamsย regardingย product insights and market trends.ย 
  • Engage with theย CentralReachย Product Council, sharing customer-driven feedback to help shape the product roadmap.ย
