The Director, Supply Chain Management, leads the strategic direction and execution of supply chain operations to optimize product flow from suppliers to stores, ensuring alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. This role drives continuous improvement by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing performance, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The position also focuses on talent development, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, and leveraging data-driven insights to support business objectives while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The team leads Walmart’s Prepaid Consolidation program, focusing on transforming supply chain operations to enhance inbound logistics, reduce costs, and improve in-stock performance. This group collaborates closely with Merchandising, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to drive supplier adoption and operational excellence. Operating in a dynamic environment, the team combines supply chain expertise, strategic leadership, and effective communication to deliver measurable business value. Members are committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional partnership to support Walmart’s goals of efficiency and growth across the supply chain network.
What you'll do:
1. Own the Supplier Sales & Adoption Funnel Context: Program success depends on scaling supplier enrollment and processing significant volume through ACCs and Participating Providers
2. Lead Merchant & Executive Engagement
3. Drive Participating Provider (3PL) Ecosystem Growth Context: Participating Providers are a core pathway enabling suppliers to access ACCs via standardized pricing and injection models
4. Develop Best-in-Class Sales & Communication Content
5. Translate Data into Actionable Insights
6. Identify and Remove Structural Barriers
What you'll bring:
  • Proven leadership experience in supply chain management with a focus on optimizing product flow and inventory profitability.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ability to manage supplier and transporter relationships, ensuring compliance and performance through effective communication and scorecard utilization.
  • Skilled in identifying supply chain disruptions and driving resolution through collaboration and process improvement.
  • Proficient in applying lean concepts and end-to-end costing methodologies to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to evolving business environments and commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
