A Taste of What You'll Do

Start your career in this full-time rotational program designed to accelerate your growth across multiple areas of Supply Chain. You'll gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals, building a broad understanding of business operations and developing innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Typical rotations may include Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Data Management, and Distributor Services.

In this role, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, administer programs and processes, and help support operational goals. You'll collaborate across functions, communicate project updates, identify opportunities for improvement, and participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency and business performance.

We're looking for curious, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and embrace new challenges. You'll have opportunities to develop your analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities while supporting quality, safety, and operational excellence. This program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Supply Chain and are ready to build a foundation for a successful career.

What You'll Need

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Operations Management; OR possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Operations Management; OR Bachelor’s degree plus successful completion of a Gallo internship in Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
  • Previous Internships or experiences in Supply Chain, or Operations; advanced experience in data analytic tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau or similar tools); and experience gathering requirements and designing data & information solutions to meet business needs.
  • Record of delivering small and medium analytical solutions with business impact, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for processes, systems, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
