Role Description
Form Energy is seeking a powerhouse Staff Program Manager to serve as the primary orchestrator for our global supply chain as we enter our defining 2026 Launch Year. You will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and serve as the interface between Engineering, Operations, Advanced Manufacturing, Finance, Policy and the Executive PMO. You are responsible for driving plan creation, aligning the players, and ensuring the flawless execution of a complex, multi-gigawatt manufacturing supply chain. You are uncomfortable with the status quo and are constantly looking for ways to automate the mundane so you can tackle the next big bottleneck.
This is an opportunity to leverage your strategic insight and hands-on approach to advance revolutionary energy technology.
Relocation assistance is available.
What you'll do:
  • Orchestrate the Launch & Ramp: Own the end-to-end supply chain execution plan for launch and scale up.
  • You will drive excellence across workstreams, ensuring that Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations and Engineering are in perfect lockstep with sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with your Supply Chain team members, including Global Supply Managers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers across all commodities on behalf of Supply Chain leadership.
  • Policy & Macro-Economic Strategy: Lead special projects regarding Global Tariff Planning and Tax Credit strategies to optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in real-time as geopolitics shift.
  • Strategic Scenario Modeling: Design and execute complex supply/demand scenarios to inform ramp scenarios, identifying bottlenecks in raw materials or CAPEX long before they impact the line.
  • Make vs. Buy Engineering: Develop comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models. You will work with cross-functional leaders to develop the "source-of-truth" recommendations to the executive team on whether we vertically integrate or partner with our global supply base.
  • Drive the Product Development Process (PDP): Establish and enforce best practices for supply chain readiness within the PDP, ensuring that every component and supplier is qualified and ready for commercial scale.
  • AI-Accelerated Workflows: Leverage AI and LLM tools to automate workflows; design and implement AI-driven workflows and agentic frameworks to automate supply chain logic, clearing the path for high-leverage problem solving.
  • Executive Interface: Facilitate key technical and strategic decisions, bringing together engineering and executive stakeholders to maintain program momentum and solve "unsolvable" bottlenecks.
What you'll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering, Finance or Manufacturing Operations within a high-growth hardware environment.
  • Financial & Policy Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, international trade policy, and organizational design.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to influence Engineering partners through data driven analysis
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical risks and strategic recommendations to the VP and Executive Team.
  • Proficient knowledge of technical requirements, design and manufacturing processes of energy products, and be able to influence cross-functional partners with detailed analysis that supports optimized process and product sourcing decisions
  • You thrive in high-intensity "launch year" conditions, operating effectively amid ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information, and driving progress where urgency is constant and impact is lasting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or an applicable field.
