Title: Senior Associate, Supply Chain Transformation Copy of AMAGJP00014290; scrubbed resume attached Remote - This role is fully remote, with virtual meetings or collaboration sessions scheduled across global time zones.Job Description Position Summary The Supply Chain Transformation team at *** is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the implementation of a new ERP system, with a focus on the Plan to Stock process domain. Reporting to the Supply Chain Transformation Manager, this role will be pivotal in identifying, documenting, and adapting documentation and process flows to support system and procedural transitions across global operations. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of existing and future-state supply chain and manufacturing process flows as they relate to ERP implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the identification, revision, and creation of procedures and documentation that align with system changes. Manage and maintain GMP-compliant documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability in support of regulated operations. Work closely with internal and external project team members, including business process owners and functional SMEs, to enable successful process alignment and knowledge transfer. Drive the development of clear and concise technical and procedural documentation, leveraging strong technical writing skills. Contribute to project workshops, testing activities, and readiness assessments to support effective adoption of ERP changes across the enterprise. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in ERP implementations or large-scale systems transitions. Familiarity with the Plan to Stock functional domain. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate in a fully remote, cross-functional environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement in a regulated industry (biotech, pharma, etc.). Proven experience with GMP documentation and technical writing.
