Job description

Responsibilities:
Working with a cross functional team to provide world class on-time supply chain support during project, tender and execution phases to the Project delivery and service organization. Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
Planning and executing procurement activities for tender and project activities in order to support project objective achievement in terms of cost/budget, schedule and supply quality.
Maintaining a primary interface with the sales and execution teams
Planning and ensuring appropriate implementation and compliance to SCM instructions.
Monitoring procurement status and updating teams as necessary
Proactively working to resolve issues related to procurement cost, quality and delivery.
Ensuring that RFQs are issued in compliance to the sourcing strategy.
Ensuring cost reduction and KPI targets are met
Managing relationships with suppliers in partnership with NAM and Global Category Management teams.
Qualifications:
Education in supply chain management or related field
5 Years of experience in the domain with proven track record.
Proactive assertiveness
Excellent communication and networking skills as well
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
Professional experience in a supply chain function and in a project environment.
Technical interest and ability to solve complex problems independently.
You are a team player, driven, structured and have a result-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English, written and verbal, is a requirement
Willingness to travel as required
