Job description

Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst, Supply chain to join our team in New York, New York, reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager. This position will support Supply Chain operations across reporting, inventory management, and global order execution. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, responsible for owning reporting outputs, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting complex wholesale and international operations.
This position partners closely with Finance, Merchandising, Logistics, and Engineering, acting as a key point of contact for data accuracy, operational performance, and process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Own end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting across Supply Chain
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by identifying discrepancies and validating reporting logic
    • Document definitions, sources, and methodologies to ensure consistency
    • Partner cross-functionally to refine reporting outputs and reduce manual processes
  • Inventory Management & Control
    • Manage day-to-day inventory accuracy across systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies
    • Maintain reporting on inventory health, aging, and excess exposure
    • Identify risks and trends, proposing and executing corrective actions
    • Support and track inventory liquidation initiatives and post-mortem analysis
    • Oversee ecommerce inventory readiness for product launches
  • Wholesale & International Operations
    • Serve as a primary operational contact for key wholesale and international partners
    • Manage complex order flows, including drop-ship execution, routing, and exceptions
    • Troubleshoot shipment delays, customs issues, and vendor-related challenges
    • Oversee market readiness, style changes, and order adjustments across channels
  • Systems & Integrations
    • Maintain ERP data integrity across product, inventory, and cost structures
    • Partner with Engineering on system improvements and integrations
    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a key resource for inventory and reporting-related inquiries
    • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders on risks, timelines, and performance

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems and large data sets
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
