Job Title: 
Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking)
Compensation:
$18-$22 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (onsite)

Location: Dallas Office, TX 75243


Benefits:

  • FREE Health/Dental/Vision Insurance (from the 1st of the following month)
  • Paid Time Off: 80 hrs. (After probation period, employees will begin accruing PTO, up to 80 hours per year.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining supply chain data and records in systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Prepare and organize reports related to shipment tracking, inventory status, and supplier performance.
  • Support the purchasing process by issuing purchase orders (POs), tracking delivery schedules, and verifying receipts and invoices.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery or supply issues when they arise.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Inventory, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting) to support supply planning and operational needs.
  • Help address supply chain disruptions or delays and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain procurement documents, contracts, shipping records, and customs documentation.
  • Provide support on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analysis, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with inventory, accounting, and shipping teams.
