Job Overview:
Kandi America is seeking an experienced Golf Cart & Electric UTV Technician with advanced knowledge of electric vehicle systems, including Electric All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) UTVs. This is a comprehensive role responsible for providing diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance support of recreational electric vehicles

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Diagnostic and repair information regarding issues related to electrical systems, motors, controllers, and
batteries
• Assist with troubleshooting Electric Carts AWD UTVs
• Support warranty claims reviewing and determinations of approval or denial
• Use Zendesk and NetSuite to manage service tickets and documentation
• Work independently on assigned tasks, with guidance from the service team as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements:
• 2 years experience working on electric golf carts, UTVs, or powersports vehicles
• Proficiency with multimeter testing, wiring diagrams, and battery systems
• Experience with AWD electric vehicles or similar systems
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, lifting batteries, etc.).
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
Work Environment:
• In-shop role with occasional field support.
• Autonomy encouraged; supervision is available but not micromanaging.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
(12:30 PM to 1:30 PM unpaid lunch break)
