We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team to e.nsure overall Supply Chain performance. As part of the Supply Chain department, your mission will be to coordinate and optimize purchasing, procurement, and sales administration in line with Gauzy's global strategy.

Responsibilities
o Supervise Purchasing and Procurement:
  • Optimize the supplier panel and monitor their performance (sourcing, technological watch, auditing, make-or-buy decisions, etc.).
  • Work from the strategic priorities and budget set by General Management to define the purchasing strategy, ensuring targeted selection of raw materials, products, services, and suppliers.
  • Ensure contracts are well-drafted (orders, framework agreements, supplier contracts), and maintain database records (items, suppliers, flow contracts, pricing).
  • Develop and deploy a plan to reduce purchasing indices with the team.
  • Monthly, establish the Industrial and Commercial Plan and define the Master Production Schedule.
  • Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions on tools and processes.

o Logistics department and supply chain responsibilities:
  • Receiving and shipping of materials.
  • Manage supplier OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance.

o Supervise the Sales Administration:
  • Report on results to the BU General Management.
  • Negotiate with clients to calculate BU performance.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt the Supply Chain strategy.

o Team Management:
  • Organize and lead the team's activities in alignment with the group's strategy.
  • Support purchasing, procurement, and sales administration managers in case of major challenges.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in industrial environments (Bachelor's or master's in supply chain management, Purchasing, or equivalent)
  • Expertise in client and supplier relations, negotiation, and purchasing procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different paces
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Structured and organized approach
