POSITION SUMMARY

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics to transform complex data into actionable, business-friendly insights that drive operational excellence and digital innovation. This role will additionally focus on designing and delivering AI‑powered analytics solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), and advanced data platforms to enable intelligent, scalable, and automated decision‑making across Supply Chain. This role will help us shift from traditional reporting toward building AI‑enabled data products, including conversational analytics, intelligent agents, and self‑service insights.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Apply advanced ETL and data cleansing technique to analyze large datasets using SQL and python
  • Develop automated dashboards in Power BI for actionable insights
  • Design and implement semantic data models to standardize business logic, ensure consistency, while helping IT to enable scalable, reusable analytics across a multi‑platform ecosystem
  • Leverage AI/BI products (Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie) to enable self‑service reporting, automated insights, and intelligent analytics experiences
  • Develop and operationalize AI agents (e.g., conversational bots, decision‑support tools) that enable users to interact with supply chain data using natural language
  • Work with IT to help improve data observability practices to proactively identify and resolve data issues across pipelines and reporting systems
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure trusted, high‑quality data assets for analytics and AI use cases
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders across project End-to-End lifecycle
  • Drive the transition from traditional BI reporting to AI‑enabled data products and intelligent automation solutions
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • A Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Plus, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, Scala, and DAX, including PySpark for large‑scale data processing
  • Advanced experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Experience with semantic modeling techniques for scalable analytics solutions
  • Experience developing or supporting AI/ML or GenAI‑based solutions
  • Proven results with LLM‑powered platforms such as Databricks Genie or Snowflake Cortex
  • Experience working in complex, multiplatform architecture including multiple data lakes (Azure, Snowflake) and multiple analytics tools
  • Ability to bridge business needs with AI and advanced data solutions to drive measurable impact and optimal tech stack
  • Hands‑on experience with React and Streamlit for configuring webapps
  • Strong supply chain knowledge
TRAVEL
  • Must be willing to travel up to 5% of time domestically within the United States

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 base salary. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
