Job description

Primary Purpose of the Role

The Supply Chain Analyst will effectively manage supply chain material shortages at a global level and update/distribute global runout reports. This position serves as the primary purchasing interface for global plants and supports all purchasing activities related to assigned programs.


Core Responsibilities

  • Assist global sites with critical supply escalations.
  • Escalate shortages within supplier leadership teams to ensure timely delivery responses.
  • Update and distribute global runout sheets by quantifying and analyzing data to align production and supplier requirements.
  • Support other regions by working outside normal business hours when required to resolve supply issues.
  • Support escalation requests for on-time sample builds and program launch requirements.
  • Participate in purchasing and operations meetings.
  • Provide part shortage status updates.
  • Analyze market and technology trends.
  • Maintain productive and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.


Mandatory Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.


Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Operations, or a related field within a manufacturing environment.
