With a strong business and commercial focus, this role will engage with CPG clients to design and deliver integrated supply chain and customer development capabilities, bridging planning, order-to-cash, and customer collaboration. This role will act as a thought leader across Customer Development, leveraging industry trends such as omnichannel fulfillment, retailer collaboration, and digital commercialization to strengthen Capgemini’s positioning in the CPG sector## **Job Description****What will you do*** Lead presales client engagements and large deal pursuits across North America in CPG Customer Development* Lead and steer customer project, consulting, and Business Services (BPO) engagements focused on Order-to-Cash and Customer Operations* Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain executives* Lead Customer Development maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps* Develop business cases showcasing ROI across revenue growth and service optimization* Define and implement KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks aligned with service level and customer outcomes* Contribute to creation of CPG-specific offerings including customer collaboration and order management* Design and implement Target Operating Models integrating commercial and supply chain processes* Provide thought leadership in omnichannel fulfillment and retailer integration* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal development and delivery* Develop and mentor high-performing teams* Drive innovation leveraging analytics, AI, and customer-centric solutions* Position Capgemini as a leader in CPG Customer Development transformation**What you should have*** Bachelor's Degree or above.
