Job Description

The Support Specialist I II provides essential day-to-day support to account management, field service, and technical service teams by managing administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Depending on business needs, the role may be oriented toward Sales Support or Procurement/Supplier Support.

In both cases, the specialist ensures smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders (clients or suppliers). Operating as a hands-on enabler, the Support Specialist contributes directly to business performance through responsive and reliable service.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Sales Support, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a sales or procurement environment.
  • Proven understanding of tender processes and the preparation of sales documentation.
  • Ability to deal with data presenting in a rationalized and practical manner.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization.
  • Advanced IT proficiency in business applications, including field service management tools
  • Fluent in the local language and English, another language is a plus.

  • Timeliness and accuracy of order processing and invoicing.
  • Reduction of overdue payments and improved cash flow.
