Shift: Afternoon, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, Holidays (Mandatory)
Starting Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 hourly base salary (Based On Experience)
Expected Hours: 25- 30 per week (Based on business needs)
Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

As a Dishwasher in our upscale dinning kitchen, you play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and flow of our culinary operation. You ensure that all dishware, cookware, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service, contributing directly to the guest experience and the team's success.
In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to hygiene help uphold the standards of a refined dining establishment. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to support prep and service, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace that reflects our dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain Cleanliness Standards - Ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to health and safety regulations.
โ€ข Support Kitchen Operations - Assist chefs and kitchen staff by keeping essential tools and equipment readily available and clean during prep and service.
โ€ข Operate Dishwashing Equipment - Safely and efficiently use commercial dishwashing machines and manual cleaning methods as needed.
โ€ข Monitor Inventory of Cleaning Supplies - Track and restock detergents, sanitizers, and other cleaning materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.
โ€ข Trash and Recycling Management - Properly dispose of waste and recyclables throughout the shift, maintaining a clean and organized dish area.
โ€ข Maintain a Sanitary Environment - Regularly clean floors, walls, sinks, and surfaces in the dishwashing and prep areas to meet health code standards.
