Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Integrated Warfare Division (N91) Readiness Branch (N9IR) of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following;
1. Practicing of requirements development, program planning, financial management, cost estimating, and sound administration;
2. Possessing extensive knowledge of program planning procedures and directives, and a complete understanding of the Department of the Navy organization;
3. Understanding complex readiness matters; and
4. Resolving a high level of complex issues
