Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units. Coordinates the daily activities of the units, in addition to performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in assigned areas. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and
financial resources to efficiently provide services. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but arenot limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
  • 2 years of experience as an imaging tech, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferrably
  • ARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, Registered Diagnostic, Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
    registry in at least one of assigned modalities.
  • X-Ray, MRI, CT, US, Nuc Med, & Mammo departments.
  • Efficiency in time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • HS/GED required
  • BLS (AHA), required
  • Bachelors, preferred

Physical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
