Job description

Our Maintenance Supervisor is essential in providing Quality Life to our residents through ensuring our facility remains pristine and all services fully functional.

Job duties include:

  • Facilitation of routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
  • Coordination with outside vendors
  • Supervision of maintenance department

Candidates should have 3-5 years related work experience in a skilled trade or maintenance position. They will possess high personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents. Our maintenance department stays active on their feel while lifting, pushing, and carrying items. Active driver's license required.
