Supervisor - Job Description
Position Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing assigned teams to ensure all daily customer goals and productivity expectations are met. This position requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a professional work environment and providing support to both employees and the customer.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct team members to ensure daily customer goals and production targets are achieved.
  • Plan staffing and daily operations proactively to maintain efficiency throughout each shift.
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with FBS management, team members, and the customer.
  • Accurately relay daily goals, operational updates, and expectations to all staff.
  • Conduct team meetings and announcements in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop new hires on company procedures and performance expectations.
  • Train employees on proper scanner operation and correct work processes.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain accurate communication regarding attendance, productivity, and operational concerns with management.
  • Ensure all company policies and customer requirements are followed consistently.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

Schedule
Shift: Friday - Sunday
Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Attendance and punctuality are essential. Supervisors are expected to report to work on time for every scheduled shift and serve as an example of reliability and professionalism.
Compensation
  • Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Performance Commission: Supervisors earn an additional $6.00 for every 1,000 cases completed by their assigned teams.

The commission program is designed to reward productivity and operational success. The higher the team's production, the greater the earning potential.
