What You'll Do

  • Lead all maintenance operations for the apartment community
  • Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team
  • Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and other building components
  • Maintain community buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Coordinate outside vendors and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
  • Participate in the rotating emergency on-call schedule

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience required
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
