Overview

Poly-West, Inc. is currently seeking  a Supervisor at our Henderson, NV location. As one of the largest film manufacturers in the world, Poly-West produces several lines of polyethylene products including retail trash bags and construction films.  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred 
  • The ability to work a shift schedule as assigned by management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The aptitude and desire to grow with an expanding company.

Responsibilities

Supervisors at Poly-West are responsible for supporting the management staff, training and developing subordinates, recommending operational improvements and meeting operational objectives. The individual in this role must have the ability to participate in a team environment.  This is an entry-level position. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
