  • Submit observation reports and required documentation by established deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and professional documentation within the electronic portal system.
  • Monitor intern progress and ensure compliance with program expectations and timelines.
  • Review electronic systems regularly for updates, assignments, deadlines, and required actions.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, audits, and calibration activities to ensure consistency and accuracy of observation documentation.
  • Ensure observation documentation reflects objective evidence, aligned feedback, and actionable next steps.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Teachers of Tomorrow, interns, and campus administrators.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively regarding intern progress, concerns, and support needs.
  • Build positive partnerships with school leaders and district personnel.
  • Collaborate with Regional Field Supervisors and Classroom Support leadership to address intern concerns, compliance issues, and support needs.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, calibration activities, and professional development sessions as required.
  • Support interns in navigating the Intern Portal and understanding certification requirements.

Professional Development & Continuous Learning

  • Attend required professional development sessions, department meetings, and training opportunities to remain current on Teachers of Tomorrow initiatives, observation expectations, compliance updates, and state requirements.
  • Stay informed regarding Nevada Education Agency (TEA) requirements, certification updates, and evolving educator preparation program expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities focused on instructional coaching, technology systems, and documentation best practices.
  • Apply feedback from audits, coaching conversations, and quality reviews to continuously improve performance and effectiveness.

Technology & Professionalism

  • Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn evolving technology platforms and support tools designed to enhance communication, collaboration, efficiency, and intern support.
  • Utilize technology resources, including AI-supported productivity tools, to enhance organization, communication, coaching support, and workflow efficiency while maintaining professionalism and data confidentiality.
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, confidentiality, and strong organizational practices in all communications and documentation.
  • Adapt to evolving program requirements, technology systems, and state expectations.
