As the Supervisor of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily tank farm and delivery operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products through our pipeline systems. You’ll lead a team of operators, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence through strategic planning, compliance, and hands‑on support. • Build Team Leadership: Supervise and coach a team of up to 12 operators, manage schedules, performance, and training, and lead hiring and onboarding efforts.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate resources, support budget planning, review project designs, and ensure operational integrity.
• Compliance & Safety: Monitor regulatory compliance, conduct internal audits, and model safety best practices.
• Hands‑On Operations: Support field operations and emergency response efforts as needed.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited educational institution.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ideally, 5+ years in pipeline operations; leadership experience in pipeline industry a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record to drive company and personal vehicles to perform required tasks.
• Ability to obtain HAZWOPER and Operator Qualification certifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communicator and team builder.
• Proficient in systems like Maximo, Oracle Procurement, and Enablon.
• Knowledge of PHMSA, OSHA, CRM rules, and pipeline operations.

• Physical ability to respond to emergency situations.

• Physical mobility to walk, sit, stand, reach, pull, push, and bend.
• Digital dexterity for operation of calculator, PC keyboard and mouse.
• Hearing in the normal range.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.
• Speak at a normal voice range.
• Climb stairs, vertical ladders up to 10 ft. and tank steps as high as 60 ft.
• Normal visual acuity for reading VDT screen, pressure charts and control panel counters.
• Physical strength to open and close manually operated valves and pressure vessel (trap, strainers, and filter) closures.
• Must be aware of hazards associated with field facilities and oil/gas pipeline industry.
