Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / CNA / Med Tech

Hiring Location: Conyers

Agency: Rayrac Healthcare Services

Shifts Available: 8 hour

Setting: 1:1 Home Care Cases

About the Role

Rayrac Healthcare Services is hiring DSPs, CNAs, and Med Techs to support multiple 1:1 homecare clients across several Georgia service areas. Staff will assist clients with daily living needs, community outings, and medication support (for Med Techs). These roles offer consistent hours, supportive leadership, and meaningful oneonone care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance

• Support outings, appointments, and community activities

• Maintain a safe, clean home environment

• Follow individualized care plans

• Document daily notes accurately

• Med Techs: Administer medications per training and policy

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families

Requirements

• Experience as a DSP, CNA, or Med Tech (Med Tech certification required for medication administration)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently in a 1:1 home setting

• Professional, dependable, and patientcentered

• Initial interviews may be completed via Zoom for convenience

• All new hires must come to our Douglasville office for initial inperson training
