Job description

This unpaid internship opportunity will provide professional training and experience to students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Casa Central Interns will engage in work assignments, projects, and activities, structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level. Casa Central Interns will receive training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Completes relevant tasks for assigned internship project as instructed by Internship Supervisor.
  • Consistently maintains determined internship schedule in a reliable and punctual fashion.
  • Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
  • Respects the rights and dignity of Casa Central staff and participants.
  • Provides honest and thoughtful feedback when requested, and makes recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
  • Completes other responsibilities as requested by Internship Supervisor.
