LRE Foundation Repair is hiring an experienced and motivated Foreman. As the foreman, you will lead a team of skilled technicians in delivering high-quality foundation repair services. Your experience and knowledge from the industry will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Foundation Repair Foreman to join our team and bring their expertise to help us continue our mission.
Employees in this role typically earn between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, including base pay, overtime, and performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, here's what we need from you:
  • Experience supervising projects and crew members in construction or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or heavy labor role. This is a "hands-on" foreman role.
  • Must have experience with foundation repair (compaction or chemical grout, water diversion, crawlspace repair/encapsulation, or carpentry).
  • Must have valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight occasionally is required.
  • Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime required.
  • Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device.
  • Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English. Bilingual is a plus.
