Job description

BURLINGTON USED CAR SUPERSTORE is owned by the Pierre family. We have experienced fantastic growth and have an immediate need to hire a sales Associates.

We have the massive inventory available between all of our locations. If we don't have it available, it doesn't exist! Over 300 Internet leads a month, lots of phone pops a month and lots of walk-in traffic. We have more opportunity than we do sales consultants!

Long term stability is available here, and you'll receive the support you need to succeed.

Vehicle sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that satisfies their needs
  • Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.
  • Utilize our CRM software to facilitate an owner follow-up system that encourages referral business and contributes to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term and repeat customers.
  • Prospect, make calls, and send emails to potential customers to set appointments.
  • Follow up with sold customers to ensure the highest level of Customer Service.
