What You'll Do

As a Business Development Sales Agent, you are the first connection between customers and the Ferguson Superstore experience. Your role is to engage customers, generate opportunities, and help guide them toward the perfect vehicle.

  • Connect with customers through phone, internet, and digital leads

  • Build relationships and create excitement about our vehicles and services

  • Manage and track leads to ensure every opportunity is followed up quickly and professionally

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals

  • Support our product specialists to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and schedule appointments for our sales team

  • Perform outbound calls to our customer base to generate new opportunities
