Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to directly own, grow, and expand enterprise customer relationships for Supermicro's server and infrastructure solutions. This role is highly hands-on and execution-driven, focused on developing named enterprise accounts, driving opportunities to close, and expanding Supermicro's footprint within existing and new customers.
This position is account-centric and revenue-focused, emphasizing deal execution, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
  • Grow named enterprise accounts by expanding Supermicro's server and infrastructure footprint.
  • Execute account-level growth plans and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Identify and advance enterprise opportunities and pipelines across servers, AI platforms, and data center infrastructure.
  • Drive deals end-to-end in partnership with internal sales teams.
  • Collaborate on joint account plans and enable partners to compete effectively in enterprise accounts.
  • Position Supermicro as a Tier-1 enterprise OEM through first-to-market leadership, customization, workload-optimized performance, and superior total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with sales, channel, marketing, and technical teams to execute enterprise growth plan

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 8+ years in Business Development with demonstrated success driving growth in large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships within enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Proven success driving growth in servers, storage, data center platforms, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or through ecosystem partners.

Salary Range
$159,913 - $180,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
