Superior Completions is currently seeking a Document Control Coordinator 1 for our office in Houston, TX.
Our Document Control Coordinator 1 will Coordinate and maintain essential quality management documentation, records, procedures, standards, and databases, helping ensure compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the Superior Completions entity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain the Quality Records database(s) for the Superior Completions.
  • Maintain various Quality Assurance Department databases.
  • Maintain control and issuance of Quality Assurance Manuals, Quality Procedures, and Quality Work Instructions.
  • Maintain the training and qualification records for the Quality Assurance Department, and where applicable, for other special process qualifications.
  • Prepare data packages for the customer in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Quality Plan, or from instructions from the applicable Quality Management personnel.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance Department records.
  • Assist the Quality Director in the preparation of periodic and special reports which require the use of spreadsheet, database, and presentation graphics software.
  • Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or GED required,
  • A minimum of one year related experience and/or training in a similar position, preferably in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Current terminology used in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge, competency and experience in related field.
  • Knowledge relating to completion services procedures and processes.
  • Current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the completion tools business.
  • Ethical business practices.
  • Good office and computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics software, and filing.
  • Good verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, internal or external.
  • Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Determining necessary resources, time and materials of a project.
  • Planning and tracking project timelines.
  • Have proficiency with personal computers and software such as Microsoft Office.
