Note to applicants: This is a full-time, Tuesday - Saturday 8AM-5PM, onsite position working out of our Lithia Springs Distribution Center.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with hands-on experience operating lift equipment. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, while ensuring efficiency and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse lift equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for accuracy and damage.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through manual counts or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
  • Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company procedures related to lifting, handling, and equipment operation.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating lift equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker, etc.).
  • Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one, if required).
  • Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and perform physical labor in a warehouse environment.
  • Basic math, counting, and inventory skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a reliable, positive work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving or order fulfillment.
