Job Title: Automation Validation Engineer
Location: Arizona,NY

Job Summary:

The Automation Validation Engineer will be responsible for validating automation systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards within a medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate automation systems (MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI)
  • Develop and execute validation protocols, test scripts, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GAMP standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
  • Maintain accurate validation documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of automation validation experience (medical device preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems
  • Experience with validation protocols and regulatory standards (FDA, GAMP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Background in medical device manufacturing and quality systems
