As a Personal Coordinator for Sun Realty, you will support and assist the rental team by inspecting properties and performing general office duties as required. To execute the job successfully, a good attitude, and the ability to work well with others is essential.

To be considered for this position, here are the requirements we are looking for:
• Excellent customer service skills; 1-2 years' previous customer service experience
• Ability to pass a background
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred experience with Track or similar software
• Reliable transportation and current, active driver's license
• Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Well adept at conflict resolution
Requirements
Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.
Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.
