Servers at Sundrop are ambassadors of our brand, responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive service that reflects both fine-dining standards and the ease of coastal hospitality. The ideal candidate balances professionalism with warmth, ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for from arrival to farewell.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service in an upscale dining environment
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations
  • Confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections, including wine, cocktails, and pairings
  • Execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond gracefully to requests or concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room
  • Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless service
