BreakThrough Physical Therapy, a partner of Confluent Health, is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient Pelvic Health team. Whether you're an experienced Pelvic Health clinician or an orthopedic PT ready to build a new specialty, you'll have the structured support to grow and the time outside the clinic to actually enjoy where you live.

Experienced Pelvic Health PT looking for a change? Join a clinic where pelvic health is a genuinely valued specialty, with a team that already understands the demand for this care, and advanced continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM).

Orthopedic or outpatient PT ready to build something new? Pelvic health is one of the most in-demand, underserved specialties here. We've built a genuine on-ramp: structured, hands-on mentorship, a real training pathway through EIM, and board certification support as you advance.

Our Morehead City Team

You'll join a tight-knit team of three Doctors of Physical Therapy and a physical therapist assistant, led by Katie Knight, PT, DPT, APHC — Regional Director and Clinic Director, and a Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist through Evidence In Motion. The team also includes a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a certified dry needling specialist, reflecting the same EIM-driven mentorship pathway you'll have access to.

  • $80,000-$100,000 base + productivity incentives
  • Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • Student loan repayment through the Unsaddl Program (eligible clinicians)
