This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients across Corpus Christi, Texas, and beyond from the comfort of your own space. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure seamless communication and support for both counselors and clients. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing evidence-based practices to tailor individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to foster effective healing processes.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects client progress and treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to develop holistic care solutions for clients.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and clinical outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, helping them navigate their wellness journey.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health care by engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with adults facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship challenges. You will deliver individualized therapy that meets the unique needs of each client, cultivating a trusting environment where they feel safe to share their experiences.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Experience in applying solution-based psychotherapy methods, demonstrating a commitment to providing personalized care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with your treatment team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment and fostering a positive team dynamic.

• Prior experience in clinical settings with a focus on telehealth services is advantageous, providing familiarity with virtual therapy delivery.
• Expertise in specialized therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT can enhance your ability to meet client needs effectively.
