Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $28.90 – $41.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 – $12,000

Schedule: Full-Time | Varied Shifts Available

Available Units and Shifts:

Youth Population
Full-Time Nights – 32 or 36 hours

Full-Time Evenings – 32 hours


High Acuity Adult Population

Full-Time Days – 36 hours

Full-Time Evenings – 32 hours

Full-Time Nights – 36 hours


Older Adult Population

Full-Time Evenings – 32 hours

Full-Time Nights – 32 hours

Shift Differentials:

Weekend Days (7a–3p Sat/Sun): +$1.25/hr

Evenings (3p–11p Mon–Thu): +$2.00/hr

Evenings (3p–11p Fri–Sun): +$3.00/hr

Nights (11p–7a Mon–Thu): +$4.00/hr

Nights (11p–7a Fri–Sun): +$5.00/hr


Responsibilities:

Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans

Provide and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately

Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning

Delegate and coordinate staff assignments as needed

Document patient care accurately according to policies and procedures

Support recovery-focused, compassionate behavioral health care


Qualifications:-

Required

Active Michigan RN License

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Ability to work in a behavioral health setting


Preferred

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Psychiatric, Behavioral Health, or Emergency Department experience

Knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles
