Summit Funding Group, Inc. is an established and growing equipment leasing company headquartered in Mason, OH. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Financial Bank, Summit has built a strong reputation for delivering customized equipment finance solutions across the country. We are expanding our Lender Documentation Department and are seeking a full-time Funding Specialists to join our team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process documentation required to complete Debt or Purchase Fundings
  • Manage all documentation related to Vendor Finance Program transactions
  • Review and process Lessee/Lessor documentation
  • Prepare and process Loan and Assignment documents
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and tracking reports
  • Assist with Equity deal reviews as needed
  • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines across multiple transactions

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment leasing, mortgage, or commercial lending
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
  • Familiarity with financial calculations (preferred but not required)
