Job Summary

The Gunnison County Public Works Department is looking for a seasonal employee. Duties will include flagging for various road projects, cleaning out culverts, fencing, tree and brush removal, sign installation, servicing and cleaning pickup trucks and equipment when needed, assisting the recycling center and landfill, trail work, and much more. The schedule will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday (4 - 10's), with possible overtime Monday through Friday. hour lunch and two breaks per day - the employee is responsible for providing their own lunch and drinks each day. Employees may be unable to leave site for lunch.


Pay Rate

Starting hourly range is from $21.73 to $24.74 depending on experience, plus partial benefits.
