Job description

Position Overview:

NControl Driving School is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Car Control Instructor to teach teen drivers in advanced car control skills in a closed-course environment. This role is ideal for individuals with advanced driving skills (Uber & Lyft are not advance position) and a passion for helping young drivers build confidence and critical accident-avoidance and skid control techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct teen drivers in car control techniques within a closed-course setting.
  • Teach essential skills including skid control, accident avoidance, and vehicle handling.
  • Working together with other team members to facilitate all exercises cohesively.
  • Provide clear, calm, and constructive feedback to students of varying skill levels.
  • Ensure a safe and structured learning environment at all times.
  • Transport vehicles to and from the car control facility and office as needed.
  • Assist with basic vehicle checks before and after training sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in advanced High-Performance driving and car control techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in skid control and accident avoidance training.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, especially with teens.
  • Clean driving record and valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Ability to safely transport vehicles between locations.
  • Racing or High-Performance driving background is a strong plus.

  • Patient, professional, and safety-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, outdoor training environment, yes even during the summer 110+ (if you donโ€™t like the heat, probably not the position for you).
  • Reliable and punctual for scheduled weekend sessions.

Compensation:
  • $29.00 - $35.00 per hr. (Depending on Experience) 8 hrs. on Saturday, 8 hrs. on Sunday.
  • ONLY on the weekends, 2 Weekends a month.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAYS.
