The Opportunity: Make an Impact in Modern Manufacturing

This 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) offers invaluable experience within our state-of-the-art plants. What You Will Do:

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will lead or significantly contribute to projects focused on process optimization, loss elimination, and capability building. Your work will blend technical problem-solving with project execution support, aligning with areas such as:

  • Process Engineering & Optimization:Develop innovative solutions to improve product designs, streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance product quality using data analytics (e.g., OEE, root cause analysis).
  • Converting & Packaging Engineering:Support development of web-processing and equipment solutions, optimize packaging lines for efficiency, and assist with new equipment integration using tools like 3D modeling and mechatronics.
  • Control Systems Engineering:Support automation systems, industrial networks, and robotics integration, contributing to digital manufacturing solutions and troubleshooting control issues.

Required:

  • Education:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
  • Academic Standing:Anticipated graduation date betweenWinter 2027 and Spring 2029(rising Juniors/Seniors).
