Success in this role relies on strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to communicate efficiently with both front- and back-of-house staff. Proactively learning the kitchen's workflow, maintaining a positive attitude, and being open to feedback from permanent staff can help you quickly integrate and perform well in a fast-paced, seasonal setting.
