About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Analyst works to execute Strategy & Business Operations activities and support the organization through recurring operational rhythms, cross-functional analysis, forecasting, and strategic research. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing business review materials, supporting forecasting processes, conducting analytical deep dives, and partnering with stakeholders across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. As the Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will provide exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic support that helps drive informed decision-making and continued growth across the business. A-LIGN will depend on you as the Strategy & Operations Analyst to support leadership through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Own the preparation of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including consolidating KPIs, building presentations, and synthesizing trends into executive-level narratives
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting cadences by gathering, validating, and analyzing metrics from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and operating rhythm documentation
  • Drive the quarterly reforecasting process by collecting inputs from GTM and operational teams and supporting channel forecasting models
  • Evaluate forecasting assumptions and data inputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for leadership decision-making
  • Create executive-ready presentations and summary materials to support reforecasting and business review discussions
  • Lead quantitative analyses on GTM channel performance, operational initiatives, and strategic business priorities
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based financial and operational models that support business planning and decision-making
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and communicate key business insights
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable insights that support operational improvements and strategic initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical field

EXPERIENCE
  • At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, or a related analytical field
  • Experience supporting executive reporting, business reviews, forecasting, or operational planning processes

SKILLS
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and data analysis
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation and attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
