Mad Science of Bay Area is seeking additional Mad Scientists for Summer Camp Programs for school-age kids in and around the Bay Area! Must have a fun personality and a strong desire to work with children. Perfect for students looking for a real classroom experience. No science background is required- we will provide training!
Our summer programs are 3 hours to 6 hour-long sessions, with the morning session /afternoon sessions and full day sessions. Summer programs are held at various schools, parks, and recreational facilities around the Bay Area. Some programs may be held outside.
Required:
A desire to learn and work with children in grades K-8.
Reliable transportation
Light lifting
All appropriate clearances (TB test, background check)
