  • The Nurse Fellowship program is specifically designed for nurses with more than one year of experience seeking to switch into a different specialty. 
  • Summer 2026 Cohort - Start Dates  June 22, 2026 and July 20, 2026
 How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with organizational standards to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and evidence-based treatment.

  • Collaborate with the care team by communicating vital health observations to Registered Nurses, ensuring a seamless and responsive journey for the patient.

  • Execute medical orders with precision to drive positive clinical outcomes and maintain the integrity of the patient's personalized care plan.

  • Monitor and document patient progress to provide a clear, accurate narrative of their recovery and alert the team to any critical changes in real-time.

  • Master clinical judgment by participating in professional transition programs, turning your hands-on experience into the advanced critical thinking skills needed for a long-term nursing career.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
