About Music@Menlo
Founded in 2003 by Artistic Directors David Finckel and Wu Han, Music@Menlo brings many of the world's leading classical musicians to the Bay Area each summer for a three-week festival, with public concerts, lectures, and a major training institute for emerging and pre-professional musicians. In addition to the festival and institute activities concentrated in the summer, Music@Menlo also offers a series of year-round events. All of the festival's programming provides audiences with an array of opportunities to connect with classical music in a learning-rich environment. While Music@Menlo largely functions as an independent organization, it is legally a program of Menlo School, an independent, coeducational college-preparatory day school located in Atherton, CA. Please learn more at www.musicatmenlo.org.
Pay and Benefits
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are pleased to share that the annualized base salary range for this position is $70,500 - $75,000. Within this range, we pay each employee in accordance with what is reasonably expected for their experience level. Base salary excludes fringe benefits, and employer contributions to retirement plans. Pay ranges are reasonable estimates of what the School anticipates paying for a role, but are not guaranteed. If hired, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as skills, education, experience, job level, part-time status, and the number of months worked per academic year. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity with our current employees as a part of any final offer. Please note that the generous range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is not typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

We administer all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status or domestic partnership status, disability, protected veteran status or military status, genetic information, or any other category protected under applicable law.
