General Description
Provide general administrative assistance to faculty in the Music and Theatre Department. Flexible work hours.
Essential Job Duties
1. Prepare bulk mailings by printing/coping documents, preparing labels, folding letters, and stuffing envelopes.
2. Organize and file documents.
3. Assist with maintaining, retrieving and filing music collections.
4. Organize office/classroom spaces and equipment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1. Must have good organization skills.
2. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
3. Must have an eye for detail and accuracy.
