The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that employers should spend approximately 70% of their time evaluating candidates' skills and qualifications, and 30% on assessing cultural fit and soft skills. For summer labor positions, this balance helps ensure both competence and reliability in temporary workers.

How to make $10,000 a month with no degree?

Earning $10,000 a month in summer labor typically requires high-paying roles such as skilled construction, specialized landscaping, or industrial work, often involving physical labor and experience. Developing skills, gaining certifications, and working long hours or multiple jobs can increase earning potential, but reaching this income level without a degree is challenging and usually depends on the industry, location, and demand for labor.

What job should I do over the summer?
