There is a limited number of positions available on varying shifts this year for employment during June, July, and August at an hourly rate of $16.00 per hour. Summer employment opportunities are available for any family member of team members currently working at Pierce Manufacturing and Airport Products.

Selection will be made using the following criteria:

  • Length of service of the parent, who is a current Pierce or Airport Products team members.
  • Only two children are eligible per parent unless demand exceeds applicants. The first child will be hired based on parent's seniority. The second child will be considered based on availability of positions.
  • Must be 18 years of age as of June 1, 2026.
