Job description

Apply your apparel merchandise design experience where you can bring your creativity, challenge yourself to bring design ideas for every retail season, and collaborate with a team of retail eCommerce pros on our design team as an Apparel Graphic Designer (Fashion Manufacturing).

We are rethinking how fashion is done and you and your ideas are a part of that transformation.

Apparel Graphic Designer – Your Impact

You will prepare apparel merchandise designs (mostly for t-shirt and hats) for western wear apparel. You will:

  • Create original graphic designs and artwork for fashion apparel for every retail season (Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter), focusing on menswear
  • Research and interpret emerging trends and best practices to create seasonal designs that follow brand aesthetic
  • Prepare Tech Pack and artwork packages and specifications for manufacturing production
  • Collaborate with design department to ensure quality control and accuracy of designs
  • Prioritize multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines

Apparel Graphic Designer – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

You have:

  • Tech-savvy and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Experience designing graphics and artwork for apparel (creating graphics for t-shirts, sweatshirts, clothing, hats)
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of screen printing and apparel manufacturing
  • A professional portfolio of your past work, including original designs, Tech Packs, and garment specifications on the ready to provide
  • Ability to work hybrid, Monday through Thursday in office with the team (remote Fridays)

Apparel Graphic Designer – For You

Your compensation will be a salary of $65,000 to $69,000, depending on experience.

You will be provided with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, time off and holiday pay, retirement benefits and more.

You will work on site with the team under a hybrid schedule with Friday remote.

8:30am to 5pm schedule.
