Admissions team

Option 1

Full-Time (1.0 or 80hrs. per biweekly pay period)

Day Shift, 8 hr. shifts

8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Weekends: Every 4- 6 weekend

Holidays: One every 1 - 2 years

Option 2

PT9 or 72 hrs. per biweekly pay period

Day Shift, 12 hr. shifts

8am - 8:30pm

Weekends: Every 4- 6 weekend

Holidays - One every 1-2 years

This role is out in the community seeing patients

Seeking an experienced RN to work day shift on our Admissions team. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the RN supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. Must be able to complete 5 - 6 weeks of a FT, day shift (8am - 5pm) orientation. Registered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania with a minimum of 1 year exp. in the last 4 year required.
